Supervising Pharmacist - Sandhills, Carlow

Clarity is recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist for a pharmacy based in Sandhills, Carlow.

What you need to know:
This is a permanent position offering excellent work-life balance. The pharmacy is flexible on the number of days worked, ideally looking for someone available 3 to 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. There are no Saturdays, Sundays, late nights, or Bank Holidays. You will be joining a supportive team environment, with the pharmacy using the Touchstore dispensing system.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working in partnership with the team using your own intuition, expertise and experience to deliver complete care solutions for our customers and patients.
• Setting the standard of what a brilliant pharmacy ‘looks and feels like’ from an operational perspective by working in partnership with your pharmacy healthcare team.
• Delivering the pharmacy strategy through care conversations with customers and patients providing expert advice throughout.
• Accountable for professional pharmacy legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
• Actively supporting the development, education and training of colleagues; building the team's capabilities.
• Conducting regular reviews, audits and risk assessments to protect patient and public safety.
• Work to deliver world class professional services – personally and through the pharmacy team.

What we require:

• Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
• At least 3 years post-registration experience
