Clarity Locums are currently seeking a Registered General Nurse to manage short-term admissions from hospital to a community nursing unit
About the Role:
- Monday to Friday role 08.30-4.30pm
- Working with the Consultant Geriatrician and ANP for Older Persons
- Organising admissions and discharges
- Planning home support
- Liaising with public health, occupational health and physio
- Undertaking pre-assessments in the local hospital
- Organising medications on admission and discharge and engaging with pharmacy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in General Nursing
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland registration (Required)
- Experience working with care of the older persons
- Eligible to work in Ireland
