Clarity is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager – Diabetes Products (West of Ireland)

What you need to know:
This is a short-term role. Responsible for promoting a blood glucose meter within a defined territory (West of Ireland), in line with marketing strategy and business objectives. The role covers both primary and secondary care customers and focuses on consistently achieving sales targets while ensuring full compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies using market and sales data
  • Identify business opportunities and address performance gaps
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Support, motivate, and coach sales and support teams as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate and marketing guidelines

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification (Health or Life Sciences preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare system and key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
  • Proven IT and data analysis skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and commercial acumen
  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach
