The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Clarity Locums, you'll manage the full 360° recruitment cycle for agency nursing placements across Ireland; from sourcing and screening candidates to building and maintaining client relationships with hospitals, private clinics, and community care providers.
- Build and grow a portfolio of nursing candidates across acute, community, and specialist settings.
- Develop strong relationships with healthcare clients (HSE, private hospitals, nursing homes) and become their go-to staffing partner.
- Match the right nurses to the right roles; quickly and accurately! Using your existing market knowledge.
- Manage bookings, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with NMBI registration and relevant Irish employment legislation.
- Proactively pipeline talent using a range of sourcing methods; including job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and your own network.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our CRM and uphold our standards for candidate care.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves
- 2 years' experience in agency nursing recruitment in Ireland
- An understanding of NMBI registration, nurse compliance requirements, and the Irish healthcare staffing landscape.
- Proven track record of hitting targets and building lasting candidate and client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills; you can build rapport quickly, whether on a call or over email.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
- Strong organisational skills; you juggle multiple placements without dropping the ball.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with frameworks such as HSE Service Level Agreements and HSE recruitment guidelines.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants or running a specialist nursing desk independently.
- Existing network of nurses actively seeking agency work in Ireland.
