Clarity are now recruiting for a Practice Nurse in a Medical Centre based in Wicklow
Monday to Friday position, no late nights.
24-36 hours per week. Ideally 3-5 days per week
Flexible on rostered days.
Previous practice nurse experience desirable
Need to be able to perform cervical checks, phlebotomy and primary immunisation
The Ideal Candidate must be/have:
● Be active on the live NMBI register
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work on your own initiative
● Good time management
● Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
● Carrying out physical examinations, investigatory procedures and cervical smear and
pregnancy tests
● Diagnosing and treating illnesses and ailments
● Providing advice about contraception and fitting contraceptive devices.
● Treating wounds
● Childhood immunisation
● Working with BP monitors
● Administration and management of stock
