Pharmacy Technician - Tallaght, Co. Dublin

Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a pharmacy based in Tallaght.

What you need to know:
There are full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (24 hours/week over 3 flexible days) options available, with the possibility of adjusting hours on busier days or during holidays. Shifts for both options are either 9:00am–6:00pm or 10:00am–7:00pm, and you will be required to work 2 Saturdays in 4 (these could be two consecutive Saturdays or alternate Saturdays). Candidates should be experienced with Irish dispensing systems, as MPS is used in the pharmacy. You will be joining a supportive team of 2–3 pharmacists and 4 technicians. Additional benefits include free on-site parking and a pension scheme.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting in the dispensary
• Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries or requests
• Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients 
• Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages
• Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Any other duties as required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
• Good time management 
• Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service  

What we require:  

• Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies; IPU course.
• At least 2 Years Experience in Ireland as a Tech

Salary is negotiable and based on experience!
