Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a pharmacy in Ennis, Co. Clare.

What you need to know:
This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week) - Part-time option is available, which will require you to work alternating Saturdays. No Sundays, Late nights or Bank Holidays. There is an excellent support team of 1 Pharmacist and 3 Technicians to help cater to a steady flow of customers. Touchstore is the dispensing system used. Some Benefits Include: 20% store discount plus a competitive salary.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting in the dispensary
• Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries or requests
• Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients 
• Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages
• Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Any other duties as required

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
• Good time management 
• Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service

What we require:

• Previous Irish Pharmacy Technician experience (at least 1 year)
• Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies; IPU course, etc.

Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
