Clarity is recruiting for a
CNM2 - Inpatient Medical Oncology Unit for a hospital in
South Dublin.
The nurse manager is accountable for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient care for Inpatient Medical Oncology unit. This includes clinical, human resources, and financial management.
The role is accountable for clinical and administrative duties including productivity of the unit, service development and interdisciplinary relationship building and support.
Qualifications
- NMBI Registered General Nurse licence in good standing
- Post graduate qualification in Oncology Nursing is desirable
- Management qualification is desirable
Experience
- Five years oncology / haematology ( medical or surgical) experience plus two years of progressive management experience required.
