Clarity are recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager in a Nursing Home based in Mayo

The Ideal Candidate must be/have: 

• Be active on the live NMBI register 
• Some supervision or management experience 
• Ability to work on your own initiative  
• Good time management 
• Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service 

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Provide direction and support to Staff Nurses and HCA
• Ensure the delivery of the highest standard of nursing care 
• Represent the nursing home as a Senior Manager
• Escalate situations when required
• Delegate tasks to staff as appropriate and follow through to ensure completion
