Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in General Nursing (Required)

Active RGN registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Eligible to work in Ireland

Requirements for Agency Nurses

Positive, professional attitude
Recent hospital experience
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Excellent communication skills
Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while working within scope of practice
Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation
Participate as an active, collaborative member of the care team
Take responsibility for ongoing professional development, including up-to-date compliance documents
Follow policies, protocols, and guidelines of each healthcare facility
