Job Specification / Candidate Criteria
- Qualified Children’s Nurse / Paediatric Nurse (RGN/RCN), RGN or RNID with current NMBI registration.
- Previous experience working with children with intellectual disabilities and/or complex medical needs.
- Strong knowledge and experience in caring for children with complex medical conditions and additional needs.
- Experience with PEG feeding, enteral feeding and medication administration.
- Experience with tracheostomy care and suctioning where required.
- Experience with oxygen therapy and respiratory support and experience managing seizures/epilepsy and following individualised care plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Valid RGN/RCN/RNID Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland registration (Required)
- Eligible to work in Ireland
