Clarity Locums is currently recruiting Agency General Nurses to join the Public Health Nursing (PHN) team with the HSE in Dublin South City.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses interested in moving into community or public health nursing.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Primary Care PHN service, delivering patient-centred care in both clinic settings and patients’ homes.
The role is based out of a Primary Care Centre, with travel required throughout South Dublin City. Mileage is paid for work-related travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Wound care management in clinic and domiciliary settings
- Diabetes management
- Incontinence assessment and management
- Nursing assessments following hospital discharge or GP referral
- General nursing care for chronically ill or disabled patients
- Oncology support and end-of-life care
- Assessment for home support services
Requirements
- Active NMBI registration as a Registered General Nurse
- Access to own transport for community visits
- Valid work authorisation in Ireland
- Community nursing experience desirable but not essential
