This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organisation's central services in Dublin. The company is a values-led organisation with operations throughout Dublin. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager 2, the role involves implementing and overseeing Health Initiative Projects within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support in the governance, operational management, and administration of nursing and healthcare services, emphasising clinical leadership and resource optimization.
Deliver nursing interventions and support for GP clinics in various services.
Conduct induction, supervision, and performance management of healthcare staff, facilitating relevant training as needed.
Manage and supervise hospital discharge procedures within
the services.
Collaborate with CNMII to conduct auditing and reporting in
compliance with legislation and quality standards.

Engage with stakeholders to maintain hygiene standards for patients,
staff, and visitors.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of nursing standards,
protocols, and guidelines.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partners to develop and implement care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for service users.
Facilitate and deliver appropriate training sessions.
Implement clinical policies and procedures as required.

Qualifications:

Registration in the General Nurse Division of the Register of Nurses held by An Bord Altranais (essential).
Specialist training in community health, addiction, housing, counselling, or related fields.
Management course (desirable).

Experience:

Three years of postgraduate experience (essential).
Experience working with groups with complex health needs (essential).
Experience working with marginalised groups (desirable).
Experience in managing individuals and teams (desirable).
