In 2011, pharmacist Anthony O’Neill set up a temporary staffing agency for healthcare workers in the Republic of Ireland, known today as Clarity Locums. Following the success of the business, it became apparent that there was a need for a solution for those looking for more permanent employment. This resulted in the brand branching out and the creation of its sister company, Clarity Recruitment.

Since 2014, Clarity Recruitment has been placing pharmacists, nurses, GPs and other healthcare professionals in permanent positions around Ireland. During this time our team has continued to expand, leaving us with the expert recruiters who work here today.

Clarity Recruitment offers a range of consultancy services to both clients and candidates all over Ireland. Both organisations work closely together and use cutting edge technology in order to reduce stress and minimise time spent on job searching for healthcare professions.
